Handcrafted bingsu, single-origin coffee, and a space designed for lingering — right here on South Baldwin Avenue.
Bingsu Bingsu started with a simple conviction: that the best afternoons in Arcadia are the ones spent lingering over something made with care.
We named ourselves after the Korean tradition of bingsu — finely shaved ice transformed into something delicate and comforting — and brought that same philosophy to everything we do. Every bowl is hand-built. Every cup is poured with attention. Every chair is placed so you can see the light change through the window.
Located on South Baldwin Avenue, we're proud to be part of Arcadia's character — a neighborhood where people still stop and talk, where the pace feels right, and where a dessert can be the whole point of the afternoon.
Designed for those who want to stay a while.
Warm wood, soft lighting, and just enough space between tables for real conversation. Whether you're meeting a friend or reading alone, the room feels like it was made for this moment.
From the first shave of ice to the final drizzle of condensed milk, every bingsu is assembled by hand. Our baristas treat each pour like a small performance.
Step outside and you're on one of the most charming streets in the area — tree-lined, walkable, full of character. We're proud to be a part of this neighborhood's story.
We're right here on South Baldwin Avenue. Come as you are.
